Guangming Public Service

Guangming Public Service is a government office and public service building in Shenzhen, China. The building is divided into two blocks with distinct forms. The upper rectangular volume contains offices, while the lower block holds a public service hall with an undulating roof shaped like a mountain range. Two small hills on the site are preserved, which reduces excavation and extends the surrounding green landscape. The plan avoids the enclosed layout that is common in Chinese government buildings. The design follows a green development mode with low impact.

Kaizen Campus

Kaizen Campus is an office building located in Athens, Greece. The design focuses on aesthetics, environmental impact and user experience. All interior spaces benefit from natural light and air flow, and the three floors are connected through interior circulation and exterior ramps. An inner courtyard serves as the social and functional heart of the complex, holding entrances, resting areas and vertical circulation. The facade provides shading and filters noise, while repeated vertical louvers accentuate the elliptical shape of the building.

Natatorium of Southeast University

The Natatorium of Southeast University is an indoor swimming pool built for a university campus in Nanjing, China. The building provides a venue for swimming and training, with a standard pool of 20 by 50 meters, changing rooms on the ground floor, and a gym and classrooms above. Continuous cast-in-place concrete arches form the walls and the roof as one whole, repeated in seven curved bays. The concrete is left bare to show the structure and the material, and the outer skin is dry-hung with red terracotta tiles. Large glazed areas link the interior with the campus outside.

The enterprise is the harmony of opposites, the search for more, without forgetting the essential. It's nature inviting.

Gushan

Gushan is a renovated fish market building in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, completed in June 2023. The century-old entrance structure was preserved, so visitors can see the original Dutch-style brickwork on arrival. The main volume is designed as a transparent box surrounded by a 270-degree sea view. Double glazing reduces energy use, and fused glass on the exterior walls creates a water-like, bubbled surface. The site now houses a ferry station and an exhibition and sales center for agricultural and fishery products.

House Symbiosis

House Symbiosis is a double residence built for two sibling families. The building stands at the rear of a corner plot and forms an L shape in plan, leaving the front area as open space. Only 27 percent of the site was covered by construction, which allows communal outdoor areas and greenery. Each residence measures 220 square metres, and a shared core of 85 square metres links the two homes. Displaced facades create balconies and cantilevers that limit visual contact between interiors. A sculptural ribbon-like element with double curvature unfolds on the front inner facade.
